Honor and Memorial Benches – “Adopt” a Bench at Denver Zoo

A commemorative bench is a wonderful way to give a gift in honor or in memory of a loved one, while giving a gift to Denver Zoo. Your gift will provide a lasting tribute for generations to come, as well as support the mission and programs of Denver Zoo.

Benches are available for a donation of $2,500 or more.

Many families and friends choose to pool together their donations in order to acquire a bench. Denver Zoo handles all of the details and collects the donations for the bench; you do not have to gather the funds on your own and send one check.

Benches are located throughout zoo grounds. Once you have selected an available bench, a brass plaque with your personalized inscription is affixed. Brass plaques are approximately 6 inches by 2.5 inches and can fit up to five lines of your personalized inscription.
