Home to more than 4,000 animals and host to more than 2 million visitors each year, Denver Zoo is teeming with life. Thanks to community giving, we have become one of the nation's most popular zoos. In turn, we're happy to be part of what makes Denver such a vibrant place to live, learn and grow. Your gifts make the Zoo a happy home for the animals, an urban oasis for nature-loving city dwellers and a living classroom for children and adults of all ages. Our reach goes far beyond the city. Your support helps protect and save animals living here in the Zoo, in the Rocky Mountain region and all over the world.
Consider a gift today to help more people create a lasting connection to wildlife and empower people to take positive action for animals.
By choosing to include Denver Zoo in your will or other estate plans, you can help us enrich the lives of animals at the zoo and around the world. Donors who make planned gifts are offered the opportunity to join the Wildlife Heritage Society and receive special benefits. You can also remain anonymous if you wish. Generally, unless otherwise designated, all bequests and other estate gifts support the zoo's endowment to fund zoo programs in perpetuity.
Denver Zoo's professional educators and dedicated volunteers provide rich experiences and animal programs that create defining moments. Every year, Denver Zoo inspires more than 2 million people to respect, value and care for the natural world through animal shows, classes and camps, volunteer stations, guided tours, themed exhibits, and up-close animal encounters. Your support ensures we can continue to provide educational programming for all individuals - no matter their economic circumstances.
At Denver Zoo we passionately commit our expertise and resources to saving animals worldwide. Denver Zoo believes animal conservation is as much about people as it is about wildlife and saves animals by inspiring and helping people through collaborative work in local communities. Since 1996, the zoo has participated in more tha 600 projects in 62 countries on six continents and commits more than $1.5 million annually to field conservation.
Your generosity allows Denver Zoo to make a difference in the lives of animals and people worldwide.
Create a lasting memorial tribute to a loved one - or celebrate an anniversary, birthday, graduation or wedding. With memorial and tribute gifts, you can create a living legacy enjoyed by millions of people each year at Denver Zoo while supporting our mission to secure a better world for animals through human understanding.
