Restrictions

• You and your group must be willing to use provided hand sanitizer throughout the experience.
• Program is for up to 6 total individuals.    
• Program fee does not include admission to Denver Zoo. Admission tickets must be purchased separately. You must have general admission tickets for the date of your experience prior to purchase.   
• This experience is non-refundable and nontransferable.   
• Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Your group should be at Concierge for check-in no later than 30 minutes before the encounter. 
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid participant that is 16 years of age or older.   
• Any children under the age of 2 must be held or securely with an adult at all times.
• Denver Zoo reserves the right to re-route or cancel any tour due to animal health or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule you on a later date.   
• Giraffe Feeding will occur rain or shine.       
• There is limited access for service animals during this experience. Please call 720-337-1400 to confirm.
