PARKING
Please prepare extra time to park for this popular event! Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking attendants will guide you to our four-level parking garage from the main entrance on 23rd Ave, or to the lot east of our main entrance.
TICKETS
Your tickets* are attached to your original reservation email. You may enter within a 30-minute window starting at the time that is listed on your ticket. Please have your QR code ready on your mobile device for entry. All guests must have a timed ticket.
ENTRY
Enjoy two entrances for Zoo Lights—our main entrance and our flamingo gate, located to the east of the main entrance. Friendly reminder that Zoo Lights is a one-way flow! Be sure to keep to the right and following all directional signage.
ANIMAL VIEWING
Since this is an evening event, animal viewing is limited as our animals may choose to be indoors. We recommend visiting the Elephant House, Village Hall, Pahali Ya Simba, Tropical Discovery and the Giraffe barn for an opportunity to see some of our animals.
