Gifts that Give Back

CONSCIOUS COLLABORATIONS + CO-BRANDED DENVER ZOO GIFTS FOR EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST

If there was ever a year to choose holiday gifts with REAL intention, this is it…and Denver Zoo is here to help! This year, we’re thrilled to be collaborating with local heroes and national brands on the wildest co-branded collection in town. Not only are these some of the coolest products we’ve ever cooked up—you can feel extra good about your purchase, knowing that a portion of proceeds help us care for our 3,000 wild animals AND support like-minded businesses, too. Here’s how to make it all happen.

BREWING GOOD INTENTIONS

drinks

With Great Divide, a Denver craft beer institution for 25 yearswe’ve co-created
Zooski Lagera crisp and refreshing beer with a limited-edition rhino can. For every 4-pack sold, Denver Zoo receives a full 40% of proceeds. We also partner with Great Divide to put on multiple Zoo Week events at their Denver taprooms throughout the year, where we launch co-branded glassware that is available for purchase.

United by our shared values of community and sustainability, Denver Zoo also recently collaborated with Stem Ciders on a limited-edition 4-pack featuring a variety of beloved animal residents as well as custom glassware. Find both at Acreage, Stem Ciders RiNo Taproom, online, and throughout our campus! A portion of proceeds goes to caring for over our 3,000 animal residents—in these wild times, every can counts!

Coda Coffee is a local roaster here in Denver that sustainably sources their beans from all over the world. This fall, Coda launched a series of roasts inspired by a few of our favorite Denver Zoo residents—with beans from those animals native habitats. With this partnership, Coda will donate 25% for each bag o’ beans sold. Folks can either pick up a single bag of coffee or a 4-pack that includes all blends.

GREAT GEAR FOR A GOOD CAUSE

This winter’s gonna be a bear—tackle the tundra with its namesake, and give back! Starring our own grizzly girl and handcrafted from Western Slope beetle-kill pine, these exclusive co-branded Meier Skis x Denver Zoo skis or snowboard ensure 20% of your purchase benefits Denver Zoo...and Miss Tundra, too.

We've also joined forces with the cool kids at goodr to create limited-edition "Party Like a Flockstar” sunglasses, inspired by our flamingo flock. goodr generously kicked back 80% of proceeds, raising more than $20K in donations for Denver Zoo. These limited-edition sunglasses sold out in under eight hours, but fear not, fine-feathered friends—we plan to drop another fabulous pair in 2021. Stay tuned!
