To celebrate Siska’s 2nd birthday, her Animal Care team turned her habitat into a party wonderland, complete with tropical fruits, colorful streamers and paper chains, and cozy blankets for nesting. Just like any toddler, she wasted no time diving into the fun!
Every birthday milestone is a reminder of just how important orangutans are to the future of their species. 💚🦧

👨🍳🐘🦁🦩 We invited Frank Bonanno, Michael Dunning, and Shawn Rivers from Bonanno Concepts, the official caterer for Flock Party 2025, to meet some of the wild stars of the event!
✨ They hand-fed our vibrant flamingo flock (and got to know their unique personalities).
✨ They rolled and tossed meatballs to our lions from the roof of Predator Ridge.
✨ They tossed apples to our elephant boys and watched them cross the bridge—an unforgettable sight you’ll also get to experience at Flock Party!
From flamingos to lions to elephants, these incredible animals (and incredible chefs!) are setting the stage for one unforgettable night.

🥳 It’s a BIG day for our little orangutan—Siska is 2 years old! 🎂
Since swinging into the world on August 27, 2023, Siska has brought endless joy to guests, staff, and her orangutan family. From playful games of hide-and-seek to sweet moments bonding with mom Eirina and sister Cerah, she’s grown into a curious, confident toddler who captures hearts wherever she goes. 💕
But beyond the cuteness, her story represents something much bigger: hope for the future of critically endangered Sumatran orangutans. 🌿
