TICKETS + ENTRY
Tickets* are attached in your confirmation email. You may enter at any time after your selected entry time. Have your QR code ready on your mobile device.

PARKING
Please prepare extra time to park for this event! Free parking is available in our four-level parking garage at the main entrance off 23rd Ave, or in our lot east of the main entrance.
TRICK-OR-TREATING

Be sure to bring your own trick-or-treat bag and stop by our candy bag decorating station in Wildlife Plaza. There will be nine candy stations located across the campus. Allergy tokens can be collected from each candy station which can be redeemed at our allergy redemption station near Pinnacol African Penguin Point.

COSTUME GUIDELINES
Full masks or masks that cover your eyes are not permitted for guests ages 12+. Please refrain from outfits that are scary, gory, overly graphic or promote violence. Anything resembling a weapon is not permitted, including fake swords, knives, or facsimile guns, along with flashlights.

HELP GETTING AROUND
Wheelchairs, strollers, electric convenience scooters and wagons are available to rent for your visit. Be sure to reserve these in advance, as they do sell out.

CRYPTID GUIDEBOOK
Strange sightings have recently been reported, and the cryptids are BACK. You might see mysterious creatures like Bigfoot and more wandering about, including a new, tree-like creature known only as Thistleroot…Be sure to pick one up upon entry!

*We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including inclement weather. In case of closure or cancellation due to extreme weather, ticket holders will be contacted with options. All participants, including infants, require a timed ticket.
