Flamingo Birthday Party

You’re invited to join us for a flock-worthy celebration filled with feathery birthday fun—all day long! Join us as we celebrate three of our fabulous flamingos whose June hatch days call for a party, complete with flamingo walks, music, and interactive experiences that highlight what makes these iconic birds so special.

Morning Activities

8:15 a.m. Member-Exclusive Flamingo Walk + Stretch Session
Giraffe Meadows

• Learn how daily flamingo enrichment walks play a key role in their care and enrichment
• Collect a “Happy Hatch Day” flamingo card

11:15 a.m. Flamingo Parade Celebration
Giraffe Meadows

• Join the flamingo enrichment walk and parade to Giraffe Meadows
• Photo op moment
• Watch special birthday enrichment for the flamingos
• Themed music and a bilingual “Happy Birthday” sing-along
• Peruvian musical entertainment
• Collect a “Happy Hatch Day” flamingo card

Afternoon Activities

3:00 p.m. Flamingo Parade Celebration

Flamingo Habitat

Drop in throughout the day to learn all about flamingos, create bird-themed crafts and celebrate Peruvian conservation. Be sure to collect a “Happy Hatch Day” flamingo card while you’re there!
