PARKING
Please prepare extra time to park for this event! Free parking is available in our four-level parking garage at the main entrance off 23rd Ave, or in our lot east of the main entrance.
TICKETS + ENTRY
Tickets* are attached in your confirmation email. You may enter up to 30min after your ticket time. Have your QR code ready on your mobile device. Timed tickets required for all guests.
ANIMAL VIEWING
This event takes place after bedtime for many of our animals, who may choose to be indoors. We recommend visiting the Elephant House, Village Hall, Pahali Ya Simba, Tropical Discovery, and the Giraffe Barn.
RENTALS
Wheelchairs, strollers, electric convenience scooters and wagons are available to rent for your visit. We recommend reserving these in advance, as they do sell out. Click here to reserve.

Passport Pickup
If you’ve pre-purchased any Food + Drink Passports, you’ll pick those up just past the Main Entrance. Be ready to show your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Passport Redemption
To redeem your tastings, present your passport at the order counter for a staff member to hole-punch your passport for each item. Please present your ID if redeeming an alcoholic drink tasting.
