Get your hands dirty as you conserve local habitats and connect with nature! In this one-day workshop at a Denver Zoo field conservation site, you’ll work alongside Denver Zoo experts and explore local conservation issues you can integrate into existing lessons. Join us as we explore innovative ways to frame environmental issues-so students feel hopeful and empowered.

- Connection with Denver Zoo conservationists, animal care staff and other experts, not to mention some really cool animals!
- Networking and brainstorming with fellow teachers.

To cancel or transfer a program, please contact guestcare@denverzoo.org at least two weeks prior to your scheduled program date.
- Transfer Fees: Transfer fee of $25 applies to any date or program change. We cannot guarantee availability in future workshops.
- Cancellation Fees: All sales are final, unless the Zoo must cancel the program. Exceptions can be requested in the case of family medical emergencies, severe illness or for required quarantine due to COVID-19.
