Your membership is valid for one full year from the time of purchase.
We offer three easy options:
If you are a member and find that you are unable to use your reserved time slot, we ask that you email us at guestcare@denverzoo.org to cancel your reservation ASAP. Because government mandates limit our capacity, your cancellation makes it possible for us to offer this spot to another guest. Thanks in advance—both from us and all our guests.
We charge admission for children age 3 and above. Children age 2 and younger are admitted free.
You must be at least 16 years or older to have a membership in your name.
In an effort to reduce our usage of plastic, we no longer instant issuing plastic membership cards. Digital membership cards can be accessed through our Denver Zoo mobile app. If there is a need for a plastic membership card, one can be printed upon request in the Boettcher Welcome Center. Please email, call, or stop by the Boettcher Welcome Center if you are having any issues with logging in so that we can reset your online access.

No. At this time we do not participate in the reciprocity program.
Take advantage of a digital membership card by downloading the Denver Zoo mobile app and logging in using your email address. If you are not logged in to our app, you may also show a photo ID at the member window to be checked in for the day. If a new card is necessary, stop in to the Boettcher Welcome Center at the main entrance. There is a $10 fee for replacement cards.
