Restrictions

• Masks are required for Up-Close Looks. Neck gaiters and bandanas are not accepted. Denver Zoo-approved surgical masks may be provided for you, For the health of our animals. For their safety, we are unable to provide medical exemptions at this time.
  
• You and your group must be willing to use provided hand sanitizer throughout the experience.
  
• Closed-toed shoes are strongly recommended for this program. For your safety, your experience will be modified if you or any member of your group does not wear closed-toed shoes.
  
• Program is for up to 6 total individuals.
  
• All program participants must be at least 8 years of age or older.  
  
• Program fee does not include admission to Denver Zoo—admission tickets must be purchased separately. You must have general admission tickets for the date of your experience prior to purchase.  
  
• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable.  
  
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid participant that is 16 years of age or older.  
  
• Denver Zoo reserves the right to re-route or cancel any tour due to animal health or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule your experience for a later date.  
  
• This Up-Close Look will occur rain or shine.  
  
• Plan to check in at the Zoo at least 30 minutes before the start of your encounter. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
  
• There is limited access for service animals during this experience. Please call 720-337-1400 to confirm.
