Phenomena in the Field

Get your hands dirty as you conserve local habitats and connect with nature! In this one-day workshop at a Denver Zoo field conservation site,  you’ll work alongside Zoo experts, exploring local conservation issues you can integrate into existing lessons. Join us as we explore innovative ways to frame environmental issues—so students feel hopeful and empowered.

Camp Conservation

This exclusive three-day summer camp designed for educators combines nostalgia and real-world conservation learning. Treat yourself to the WILDEST, most authentic educator experience in Denver, and walk away with new ideas and resources to take back to your classroom! Bring your teacher bestie, or make a new one—animal or otherwise. Only two sessions available.

Project-Based Learning: Boreal Toad

Solve a real-world problem with Denver Zoo in this toadally awesome two-day workshop. You'll dive into project-based learning—and hop away with techniques for exploring authentic conservation problems in your classroom.
