CM/GC Questions

  1. Please confirm that when this project is awarded there will only be one GC and one architect selected for the RFP?

There will be a short list of GCs and a short list design service firms selected to receive the RFP. Short listed firms will be asked to create Design/Build teams to respond to the RFP. One Design/Build team will be awarded the contract and the intent is to contract for the first three (3) projects, at a minimum.

  2. Would it be acceptable to provide the hard copy of electronic proposal the day following the RFQ due date, on January 6th?

The Zoo is happy to receive hard copies of qualifications as late as Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 1p MST.

  3. Looking for insight to potential schedule of the other potential projects listed in the RFQ for Felines II, Brown Bear, Central Ranges and Australia 1 and 2.

All projects to be completed within the next 7 years, pending confirmation of funding.
